While she had been there she had \u2018heard the voice of a woman in my eye asking for a child, a little boy, \u2018in velvet trousers\u2019\u2019. <a id=\"_ftnref1\" href=\"#_ftn1\">[1]<\/a>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"section-ge9bc6e\" class=\"wp-block-gutentor-e6 section-ge9bc6e gutentor-element gutentor-element-image\"><div class=\"gutentor-element-image-box\"><div class=\"gutentor-image-thumb\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"normal-image\" src=\"https:\/\/drtomstours.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/BT-25.4.41-p.4.jpg\" \/><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On 25 April 1941, the Belfast Telegraph asked readers whether they knew a little boy called Billy (see above). They said he had been found at the Mater Hospital at the Outpatients Department asleep on a couch. He was wearing \u2018blue velvet pants\u2019. He was aged 2 and a half and could only say that his father wore \u2018a tin hat\u2019 and \u2018went on a big boat\u2019. Was this the same boy who was sought by the lady Emma Duffin heard speaking at St George\u2019s Market?
