This one-and-a-half hour walking tour will explore the area of BT9 through time. This is an area off and around the Lisburn Road in south Belfast.
This area has become famous in Belfast as the home of Nigel, a very posh, snobbish man who looks down on people not from “Bravo-Tango-Nine”. Nigel is the creation of Belfast comedian Paddy Raff who plays Nigel and delivers his famous catchphrase “act your postcode!”
The tour explores how the area around the became settled and occupied by urban development as Belfast expanded through the Ninetieth and Twentieth centuries.
